TradeStack sells digital document kits — files you download and use right away. We want you to get real value from every kit you buy.

We'll make it right — your choice of a fix or a full refund — if:

• Your files don't open or are corrupted
• The product doesn't match its description
• The templates don't work in Microsoft Word or Google Docs

How to Request a Refund

Use the chat on our Contact page within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue and we'll get back to you within one business day.

What We Can't Refund

• Change of mind after downloading
• Incompatibility with software other than Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

If something's not right, reach out before disputing a charge. We're a small business and we'll take care of you.
